Karinya Cottage has been lovingly refurbished in 2018. Set at the end of the Eagle Point Cottage drive, privacy is guaranteed in this idyllic country retreat. Nestled alongside farmland where you can watch alpacas, sheep, and the friendly echidna's. Wander past the property dam with its quaint jetty, rustic wagon, and enjoy the tranquil walk along our country lane to the lakeside. You can curl up in a reading nook or relax by your own open fire pit.
The cottage has 1 queen bed, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and all linen, towels are provided. The cottage has a private fenced backyard for your dog, and dogs are welcome inside (but not on furniture)

Located on the beautiful Gippsland Lakes Region, This cottage is one of five very private self-contained cottages set on 10 acres in a rural area just 5 minutes drive from Paynesville. Paynesville can be reached by walking from your cottage along the lovely lakeside walk (around 45 mins) to this quaint village for a large selection of dog-friendly cafes and restaurants.
