Cancelation fees and policy as per industry standards:
In non holiday periods - if cancelled more than 30 days prior 10% of deposit or min $50
For cancellations 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit.
For cancellations under 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation 14 days and under, no refund.
For Dec, Jan, Easter & Long weekends, cancellations with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival, no refund is given.
Covid Lockdowns
For lockdowns or COVID related travel restrictions that legally prevent you from taking up your booking, a credit note will be given which must be redeemed with in 12 months of the booking. Strictly NO REFUNDS will be given.
