What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in your message. We use it to answer you, and for nothing else.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, which sets cookies in your browser, and while we cannot identify you from it you can block cookies in your browser settings.

Spam protection

The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a bot is submitting it.

Bookings

Bookings and payments are handled by Gippsland Lakes Escapes, not on this site. When you click through to check availability you leave this website, and their privacy policy applies from that point.

Keeping and sharing your information

Enquiries are kept in our email and in this website's control panel so we can find them later. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone except where we need to in order to answer you.
